The band FT Island once again stimulates listeners' sensibilities.
FT Island released their fifth digital single 'Answer' from the 'FTestination' project at 12 PM KST on the 11th.
The new song 'Answer' is a rock ballad that combines the explosive band sound with Lee Hong-gi's uniquely appealing vocals, poignantly depicting the lovers who blame each other for the 'answer' of 'breakup' at the end of an unresolved relationship.
'FTestination' is a combination of FT Island (FT) and Destination, symbolizing the musical direction and journey the band aims to pursue by 2025. Starting with 'Theory of Happiness' released in May, they have been completing the project by consecutively presenting five songs including 'THUNDERSTORM', 'Love in the City', 'It feels like a bigger world will open the door for me than my small self', and now 'Answer'.
Meanwhile, FT Island continues to meet fans not only through music activities but also through performances. They are currently on their Asia tour 'MAD HAPPY' and will hold their year-end concert 'FTSODE' at Donghae Culture and Arts Center, Kwangwoon University in Seoul on December 27 and 28, wrapping up 2025 with their fans.
