Stray Kids has once again topped the US Billboard main album chart 'Billboard 200' with their new album 'SKZ IT TAPE DO IT', continuing their record-breaking streak.

On November 30, local time, Billboard officially announced through a chart preview article that Stray Kids' 'SKZ IT TAPE DO IT' would reach No. 1 on the December 6 'Billboard 200'. With this, Stray Kids achieved the unprecedented record of 8 consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the 'Billboard 200'.

Stray Kids' Billboard journey began with their 2022 mini album 'ODDINARY'. After securing their first No. 1 on the Billboard 200, they followed up with 7 albums that also reached No. 1: 'MAXIDENT', '★★★★★ (FIVE STAR)', '樂-STAR', 'ATE', 'SKZ-REPLAY HIP TAPE', and 'KARMA'.

Notably, with their previous album 'KARMA', they became the group with the most No. 1s on the 'Billboard 200' in the 2000s. By also reaching the top with 'SKZ IT TAPE DO IT', they have once again set a remarkable achievement for themselves. Stray Kids is establishing themselves not only as a representative group of global K-pop but also as an important name in Billboard chart history.

Their status shone brightly at the recent '2025 MAMA AWARDS'. Stray Kids won the VISA Album of the Year award, taking home a top-tier trophy. Immediately after winning, the members shed tears on stage as they recalled their journey.

Leader Bang Chan expressed, "I still can't believe that we received such a big award on the 'MAMA' stage, which I dreamed of standing on since I was a trainee, just watching it on TV. We have gone through so much, and I am so happy to share our love for music and performance with people around the world. Receiving this award makes me feel that we need to work even harder in the future," he shared with a trembling voice.

Seungmin said, "The path we have walked so far has not been easy. There were countless crossroads, choices, and worries we faced along the way. From the very beginning, being able to come this far with our dreams on the shoulders of 8 members is thanks to the members and the STAYs who have supported us with all their might," he expressed gratitude, eventually shedding tears.

With their consecutive No. 1s on the Billboard 200 and winning the grand prize at a global awards ceremony, Stray Kids is proving their unique mood on the charts and stages, just like the title of their album 'DO IT'. The attention of music fans worldwide is focused on what new records they will set in the future.
